Who We Are
The Emerging Construction Business Incubator (ECBI) is a non-profit organization established to provide mentoring for contractors looking to gain entry into the competitive construction market.
The close proximity to an experienced construction firm (KPH Construction) offers unique advantages including access to knowledgeable staff, shared resources, and unique opportunities to partner on projects as a method of mentoring and growth. The understanding of Government program utilization as a way to level the playing field for small business, and using these programs in pursuit of Government contracts. is a significant strength of KPH.
