Advantages of a "Business Incubator"
There are multiple advantages that arise from this arrangement:
- The joint venture provides a base of knowledgeable experience to the new business to help "learn the ropes" of managing a successful project from beginning to end. Having run numerous commercial construction projects for many years, KPH Construction has the precise knowledge and experience that will benefit these emerging companies.
