The Emerging Construction Business Incubator (ECBI) is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to foster growth in construction, A/E, environmental and related small businesses and enhance their ability to perform successful contracts and subcontracts. ECBI provides resources and education to help these firms gain more business insight and opportunities. We use events and networking opportunities to share the valuable industry knowledge of our members with small and/or disadvantaged businesses in the construction industry.
